Hi! I'm Mel
... and I'm a writer.

I studied journalism in college. Then I realized I hate the news, so I switched to copywriting. I've now been a copywriter for eight years with a focus on direct response for the last six.
​
BUT, of course, writing fiction is also a huge (largely unpaid) part of my life. Besides a couple creative writing classes in college, this has mainly consisted of stapling paper together to make "books," filling a million tiny journals and notebooks, beating up my little sister for reading them, cramming my Google Drive full of random ideas and, of course, working nonstop on my novels.

I will write until everyone gets sick of reading it. And then I'll write some more.
